Konohamaru and the others return to Konoha no Sato carrying the Thorn Soul (Togedama) and pierce the tree that Moegi had transformed into. The tree begins to crumble, freeing Moegi at last.
Moegi was fine except for mild malnutrition and blocked chakra flow. It can be confirmed that Sinki and Gaara in Suna no Sato were also fine.
Sarada, who came to visit Moegi, calls Sumire Kakei and apologizes for her past behavior. She finally admits that she has feelings for Boruto as well. The two officially become rivals, and Eida, who had been watching everything through her clairvoyance, summons them.
At Eida and Daemon’s house, Eida asks Sarada and Sumire, “When are you going to confess to Boruto?” Sarada hesitates, but Sumire replies that she might tell Boruto if she gets the chance.
Eida then points out that the charm does not work on Sarada and Sumire. If the charm were working, there is no way they would be attracted to anyone other than Eida. The next moment, Daemon comes flying at Sarada and Sumire.
Sarada immediately activates her Mangekyō Sharingan, but both she and Sumire are instantly restrained by Daemon. Surprisingly, however, Daemon quickly releases his hold and Eida begins to explain why her fascination did not work only on Sarada and Sumire.
It was Eida herself who said that she thought she had unconsciously excluded Sarada and Sumire from her fascination. Hearing this, Sarada took Sumire's hand and ran to Eida and hugged them both.
Meanwhile, Boruto's sister, Himawari, is being trained by the nine-tailed Kurama, and learns that she is an incarnation of chakra itself.
In the spirit world, Boruto made contact with Momoshiki Otsutsuki. There, Boruto asked Momoshiki for help in defeating Jura, and if he could do so, he would give him this body.
BORUTO -TWO BLUE VORTEX- Volume 7 Commentary and Discussion
Thoughts on Boruto lead to new developments
Finally, Sarada admits his love for Boruto. This made Sarada and Sumire official rivals.
However, her feelings are not just simple affection.Sarada’s desire to support Boruto is what makes her stronger. He said, "I am very happy to be a member of this group. And now I no longer have any doubts about my dream of becoming Hokage, and it has become a clear goal."
The friendship between Sarada and Sumire seems to have become even stronger now that they have confided their feelings to each other.
Later, Eida summoned Sarada and Sumire and explained why her charm had not worked on them. She suggested that she may haveunconsciously excluded themfrom its effect.
Eida explained that she was happy that Sarada once told her, "Let's be normal friends," and she thinks she subconsciously wanted that.
This was not because Sarada and Sumire were special, but because of their ability to charm, something Eida had wanted for a long time. Furthermore, Eida was willing to kill them if they were the ones who would kill her.
Hearing this, Sarada ran to Eida with Sumire and hugged them both.
Himawari is an incarnation of chakra itself.
In Volume 3, Chapter 25 of BORUTO -TWO BLUE VORTEX-, it is revealed during Himawari’s training with Kurama that she is not a jinchūriki.
According to Kurama, Himawari is not just an ordinary shinobi, but also different from a jinchūriki who houses a tailed beast. Though human, she is closer in nature to Kurama himself and Jura, the leader of the Shinju.
Kurama tells Himawari to think of herself as anincarnation of chakra itself.Jura is an incarnation of the Ten-Tails, and the tailed beasts are masses of chakra. This shows how similar Himawari and Jura are.
Because of these similarities, it may be Himawari who holds the key to defeating Jura.
Boruto and Momoshiki were of one mind.

Learn about the state of Boruto and Momoshiki
However, three years have passed since then, and Boruto and Momoshiki have become oblivious to each other's thoughts. Boruto and Momoshiki had become completely united as one.
Therefore, if Boruto has a change of heart in the future, it is possible that Momoshiki may have a change of heart.
Furthermore, during the battle against the Shinju (Divine Tree) creatures, it was revealed that Boruto’s right eye is actually a Byakugan. Until now, it had been believed to be the Jōgan, but this fight clearly confirmed it as a Byakugan. Until now, it has been assumed that Boruto's right eye is a Jōgan, but in this battle it was explicitly stated that Boruto's right eye is a Byakugan.
However, once in the anime "Boruto: Boruto," Boruto's right eye is not a Byakugan,Jōgan (esp. the Western Pure Land paradise of Amitabha)It has been found that this is the case. Therefore, Bolt's right eye may be characterized as both a pure eye and a white eye.
This is because Momoshiki agreed to lend his power to Boruto. It can be assumed that the Byakugan is activated when Boruto is borrowing Momoshiki’s power, or when he is acting under Momoshiki’s consciousness.Conversely, when Boruto is acting by his own will and strength, the Jōgan may be the eye that manifests.
Under this hypothesis, even if Boruto himself does not possess the Byakugan, it would make sense that Momoshiki — a member ofthe Ōtsutsuki clan, who naturally has the Byakugan — is the true source of it.

Boruto asked Momoshiki to help him ”until he defeats Jura. Boruto and Momoshiki are now one and the same, and Momoshiki senses Boruto's resolve.
Even if they defeat the sacred tree, a battle with Kawaki would follow. Momoshiki was aware of this fact, but accepted Boruto's proposal.
Meanwhile, in Konoha no Sato, the Mamushi of the Shinju were repeatedly splitting as they searched for their target, Eida. Kawaki, Himawari, and the others fought off the rapidly multiplying Mamushi. However, their numbers far exceeded Kashin Koji’s expectation that handling 20 to 30 Mamushi would be manageable, as the Mamushi continued to multiply into overwhelming numbers.
Nevertheless, it was confirmed that the Mamushi were basically uninterested in anyone other than Eida and would not attack unless provoked. Shikamaru, who was in command, then assigned Inojin a new role.
This was because Shikamaru was finally called into the interrogation room. Inojin once released the mind transmission jutsu and activated the ”mind-transfer jutsu”. Through the reconnaissance frog that had been planted in Shikamaru, Inojin succeeded in taking over Cobb's mind.
There, Inojin is asked by Kashin Koji to kill Cobb.
