Teams to Watch and Players to Watch
DREAM RIDDLE
The DREAM RIDDLE, featuring Hal Shibuya, is one of the symbols of this year's event, with streamers and celebrities on the same team, in addition to established players from the competitive scene such as Meltstera and Taida, a configuration that is truly a “dream match. The lineup is aptly named ”Dream Match".
Will the teams be able to push through on the basis of competitiveness alone, or how will they take advantage of the special 6-player format. In this tournament, where the 3-3 division within a team determines the winner, the balance of the organization itself will be a highlight.
DREAM UNLIMIT
DREAM UNLIMIT, in which Shoma Uno will participate, is also a team that is attracting particular attention this year, as it is expected to have a different chemistry than in previous competitions, with athletes with competition experience, such as Yulariman, Peace and Xtsuvi, and participants from different fields in the same slot.
The fact that a top figure skater will be competing in e-sports is symbolic in itself, and the team that best embodies the “cross-genre” nature of this competition.
DREAM TEAM III
DREAM TEAM III, which includes such key players of the competitive scene as Ras and YukaF, cannot be overlooked from the standpoint of pure competitiveness. In addition, with members such as Sudetaki and Shonen T, who are influential in terms of distribution and entertainment, the composition of this team can be said to be well-balanced.
The special six-man rule also makes the decision of which three players to put up front important, so it will be interesting to see how this team of talented players will combine for the match.
Why the 6-player format? Interesting tournament format
Six players are a team. However, in the matches, the competitors are divided into groups of three, and the points earned are combined - this format is clearly different from the usual Apex competitions.
In general competitions (ALGS, etc.),Matches are basically played by teams of three (trios). The registered roster may includethree to four players, but matches themselves are played by three players.
On the other hand, in this DREAM MATCH,each team is designed as a six-player unit, split into two groups of three during matches, with the combined points determining the final ranking. The decision of which three players to field is built into the rules themselves.
Do they solidify the competitive players with each other?
Do you want to balance it out and divide it into two teams?
Do you value entertainment and compatibility?
The six-person design is not simply an increase in the number of players, but adds a new perspective on how teams are put together.
The composition of three professional players and three streamers is also symbolic of the event. It can be said that this is a tournament that tests not only pure athletic ability, but also “overall strength,” including the ability to communicate and to be a character.
Instead of just following the winners and losers, we can enjoy the organization of the event itself. The DREAM MATCH may be such a tournament.

Summary|The appeal of the “Dream Match” is not limited to wins and losses
The special rule of a six-member team, as well as the composition of professional athletes and streamers, and participants from different fields such as Masama Uno and Nijiro Murakami, all stood on the same stage.
This DREAM MATCH may be more than just a competition, but an event that shows how far the game of Apex has spread.
Which team will win is of course noteworthy, but more than that, the process itself of what combination of teams will compete is the most exciting part of this tournament.
This is a match to enjoy not only for the final results, but also for the unique structure and team dynamics that shape the competition. I feel that the appeal of the Dream Match is not only who will win, but also who gets to play together on the same team.
