Summary
The Land of Kaze. Salada, Mitsuki, and Konohamaru from Konoha join Yodo and Araya from the Land of Suna. Nearby, there are Ryuu and Matsuri of the Hito-shinju , who are searching for Boruto. Konohamaru and the others stage a play to obtain the Togedama and try to make contact with Ryuu and Matsuri.
Salada and the others talk about searching for Boruto, who has left the village, to lure Ryuu, and Konohamaru volunteers to search alone with Matsuri. There is a definite reason for this: Matsuri has romantic feelings toward Konohamaru.
This operation was devised by Shikamaru, the acting Hokage. He believes that while Matsuri and the others are still innocent, it is possible to tame the wild beast. The plan is to be ruthless and, if betrayed, to catch the opponent off guard and defeat them without fail. For kind-hearted Konohamaru, this is a difficult mission, but he steels himself to face Matsuri.
At that time, Sarada and the others were searching for traces of Boruto with Tsubu. Sarada suggested that if they used the Togedama as bait with Ryuu, they might be able to lure Boruto. Surprisingly, Ryuu readily accepted the idea and took out the Togedama, making it float in the air. Then, Yodo, growing impatient, dashed straight into the Togedama.
In the Village Hidden in the Leaves, Kawaki confronted Amado and demanded that the new Karma be changed to focus on offense. However, Amado insisted that engraving the Karma on the vessel prepared for his daughter Akebi was the top priority.

Salada,in Volume 20,Chapter 80 of the manga "BORUTO,"awakens the Mangekyou Sharingan before her father Sasuke.This happened when, due to Aida’s “Almighty,” the positions of Boruto and Kawaki were reversed, and Boruto, who was cast out from the village, was conveying his innocence.
Although Sasuke noticed an abnormality in Sarada’s eye, he did not tell her, and since Sarada herself was unaware, the details remained unknown. However, in the recent battle against the Divine Shinju and Ryuu, Sarada awakens the Mangekyou Sharingan for the first time with full awareness.
Sarada’s Mangekyou Sharingan pattern consists of eight ▲ shapes arranged around the pupil, resembling the sun. When activating its ability, these ▲ shapes also appear as physical objects, floating around Sarada.
The Doujutsu residing in Sarada’s right eye is “Oohirume.”
Regarding Sarada’s Mangekyou Sharingan, her unique Doujutsu is revealed in “BORUTO -TWO BLUE VOLTEX-” Chapter 21.

It resembles “Chibakutensei,” one of the Rinnegan’s Doujutsu used by Pain, but Oohirume is more versatile. Sarada herself can control the strength of gravity and choose the targets, including herself. Also, the spheres can freely manipulate any objects or living beings at Sarada’s will.
Therefore, even if the spheres and Sarada are placed on a straight trajectory to deliberately absorb a long-range attack and hit her, the attack will be drawn to another sphere and nullified by Sarada’s will.
Is the risk of blindness avoidable?
The only concern is the risk of blindness. Originally, once the Mangekyou Sharingan is awakened, using its powers carries the risk of progressing toward blindness. In fact, Sarada shed bloody tears after using Oohirume, showing that it places a considerable strain on her, similar to Sasuke’s and Itachi’s Amaterasu.
However, there is a way to avoid the blindness risk with the Mangekyou Sharingan. Called the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan, it evolves by transplanting another clan member’s Mangekyou into one’s own eye, preventing vision deterioration.
That said, since Sasuke’s left eye was already damaged by Boruto, transplanting his remaining right eye is unrealistic. This leaves the option of cultivating a Sharingan. In the past, Orochimaru transplanted a replicated Sharingan into a test subject called Uchiha Shin, even recreating the Mangekyou Sharingan.
Whether this Sharingan can be used as “another clan member’s Mangekyou” is unknown, but it might be worth trying if blindness occurs.
By the way, the name Oohirume is one of the alternative names of Amaterasu Oomikami. Sasuke’s left eye Doujutsu is Amaterasu, so I was a bit surprised to feel this parent-child connection here.

When is the release date of the next volume (Volume 6)?
The currently released chapter in V Jump is Chapter 23, published in the August issue of V Jump.
In the "BORUTO -TWO BLUE VORTEX-" tankobon volumes, four chapters are usually included per volume, so the next volume will probably cover Chapters 21 to 24. Therelease date of the next volume (Volume 6)is undecided.

Sarada, who awakened the Mangekyou Sharingan by her own will, fights against the Hito-Shinnju’s Ryuu using “Oohirume.” Sarada creates four swirling spheres that generate gravity and freely controls gravity to easily corner Ryuu.
Meanwhile, Konohamaru, who angered Matsuri over the way her name was pronounced, was overwhelmed by Matsuri’s force. Then Boruto appeared, defeated Matsuri in one sweep, and entrusted the Togedama to Konohamaru.
However, because Boruto disobeyed Kashinkoji’s orders and came to help Konohamaru and the others, Jura also noticed Boruto’s location and arrived. At this critical moment, Kawaki appeared with greatly increased attack power.
